Some professional history and highlights
2023: Real innovation with ReSource and the Battery Passport
From 2019 to 2024, I was leading a team as Product Director that built and implemented a groundbreaking solution for tracking battery metals from mine to car. We innovated through a complex global supply chain, integrating hardware, software, blockchain, and zero-knowledge technology. Our first Battery Passport was presented at the WEF in Davos and mentioned in Tesla's Impact Report.

2020: Leadership at Kryha
When I officially joined Kryha in 2020, I took seat in its leadership team and was responsible for product quality, people and culture. Under our leadership, Kryha doubled in size each year, reaching a peak of about 50 people in 2023. It was a true highlight to build a team and culture where creativity, innovation, and quality thrived.
2017: Entrepreneurial exploration at TES
I believe that small, dedicated ventures are the best way to nurture ideas into solutions. With this philosophy, we founded TES, designing and setting up ventures around airships and 3D printing, among others. These entrepreneurial projects were epic, challenging and educational.
2015: Winning awards at Fabrique
At Fabrique, I progressed from a junior to director, overseeing user experience strategies for clients like Vanderlande, HEMA, and Tate Museums. Our work earned numerous awards, and the recognition for our Design Museum work by Apple was great or course.

2011: Shipping my graduation work worldwide
My professional career began with graduating Cum Laude, developing a tool for designing Perceptual Persuasion. Over 3000 copies of the tool were shipped worldwide to design teams at companies like Google and Booking.com. It led to a nomination for Best TU Delft Graduate of 2011.
